Dynamic Engineers has introduced a brand new ultra low noise surface mount voltage controlled oscillator (VCO).  The VCO1212BQ-400MHz-800MHz-A offers the following features:

- Frequency Range: 400-800MHz

- Power Supply Voltage: 5Vdc

- Current: +5mA (typ)

- Output Imedance: 50Ω

- Phase Noise: @ 100 KHz: -118dBc/Hz

- Low Pushing:  5MHz/V

- Low Pulling: 5MHz

- Size:  12.7 x 12.7 x 3.9mm

- Aqueous / Washable

The VCO1212BQ-400MHz-800MHz-A is ideal for the following applications:

- Broadcast

- VHF Radio

- Wireless Telemetry

- Test Instruments signal generation

VCO1212BQ-400MHz-800MHz-A is a wideband low noise surface mount VCO.  The low phase noise can reduce the interference signal on the LO system with 5MHz low pulling, which is best suited for VHF radio, test instrument-signal generation and wireless telemetry.
